What about Marie & Alain, PEC’s owners ?

We are French people with two sons (24 & 19 years). After 23 years in New Caledonia, where we had an agistment and a horse riding school with a French teacher, we moved to Australia, a dream of Alain for a long time ago……….
Alain is a good golf player and rider to help me.

I rode in English equitation for a long time ago, I rode from my childhood. In first time in English equitation (Federal diploma : Galop 8, dressage and jumping).
I gave lessons during all my studies in my Equestrian Center in France and later in New Caledonia, I learnt western equitation with some famous Australian trainers.
In New Caledonia, I bought one gelding QH and later one mare QH who gave me a gorgeous foal.
Imported 7 years ago from Australia, paint horse (mare) by All The Right Moves x Tribulation. This wonderful mare was a regular on the show circuit for 7 years and is a winner in halter, showmanship, Hunter under saddle and Western Pleasure, trail etc.

In my homeland of New Caledonia, I successfully managed an agistment property / horse riding school. I have experience in Reining, Western Pleasure, Trail Horsemanship and HUS as well being an accomplished horse educator (breaking in).

In May 2016 we purchased a beautiful horse property (Paloma Equestrian Centre) on 40 acres, ideally located between Caboolture and picturesque Bribie Island, 45 min from Brisbane. Paloma is able to accommodate to every need of your horse with the following facilities:

– Riding Arena 80×50

– 1400m race track
– Steel rail paddocks with shelters
– 60 large stables
– Equine walker
– Equine swimming pool
– Race stables
– Wash bays
– Large bay sheds for storage etc.

Paloma Equestrian Centre can also arrange horse treks through the nearby Forestry to compliment training for Endurance rider and horse.

We will be welcoming a French Riding Teacher to Paloma in the forthcoming months.

We extend a welcome to all current residing and future clients at Paloma Equestrian Centre.
